Fireworks is an image editing application that is similar to Photoshop, but perhaps more accessible for a novice. In this workshop, we will work on one image and one graphic illustration to apply many of the commonly used editing features.
After using the Fireworks tools together, you will have time to work on your own, so please bring whatever image files you want to edit. Possible projects to consider include a banner for your course website, a collage for your front page, a textured background for your web pages.
